नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावकः ।
न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति ...
A beautiful shloka of Shri Bhagvad Geeta, depicting the significance of life and death, this shloka as said by Lord Krishna himself beautifully showcases how the human soul is immortal. The immortality of human soul is depicted beautifully in this shloka. Whenever our near or dear one passes away, we tend to mourn and worry on our loss; however the truth being only the mortal remains are destroyed, that is the body is destroyed, the soul that is immortal never destroys. Just as we change our clothes, in the same way, the soul changes its body; it leaves the mortal remains after sometime and begins its new journey covered in a new body.
The real truth is a soul can never be destroyed, the weapons can only harm the body, but not the soul, the fire can burn the mortal body, but the immortal soul remains unaffected. Water and wind cannot drench or wither the soul. The soul is unaffected from all the material harms; the soul is unaffected from all the material things.
This beautiful shloka of Shri Bhagvad Geeta is recited in the video; do watch it for a real eye opening and spiritual experience.
