He also shares that changing your body through actions like smiling and sitting up straight can change your mental and emotional responses. For example, an individual who is forced to smile during a social event will actually find the event more of an enjoyable experience. Then further in the video, he talks about a research and the results were when we smile or connect with others we automatically change our responses which allow ourselves to feel better to think better and to live better.
