Beyoncé had a rough time growing up. She was very shy and quiet girl who was constantly bullied by her classmates. She became so withdrawn that she was even afraid to put her hand up in class. She got teased about her big ears and was called "Dumbo". Beyoncé remembers how one boy at school bullied her and made her even more anxious and insecure.
When she was seven, her dance teacher encouraged her to join the school talent show.
She started going on talent shows, But she couldn't beat her shyness and felt very sick before performing. And as a way to overcome her insecurities and shyness, she invented her alter ego, called Sasha Fierce.
